Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Overview

This page explains how to delete the data CrunchJunkie holds about you, including data imported from connected advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram Ads), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and others. You are always in control of the data you connect and can remove it at any time.

2. Disconnect a single data source

To delete the data imported from one connected platform (for example, your Meta Ads account): 1. Sign in to CrunchJunkie and open Data → Integrations. 2. Find the connection you want to remove and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access token for that platform and the advertising and analytics data imported through it. Reports that referenced that source will no longer pull data from it.

3. Revoke access at Meta

You can additionally revoke CrunchJunkie's access from Meta's side at any time: • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select CrunchJunkie → Remove. Once access is revoked, the previously issued token can no longer be used, and it is removed from our systems on disconnect or at its next scheduled validation.

4. Delete your entire account

To delete your CrunchJunkie account and all associated data — including your profile, every connected data source, imported metrics, clients and reports — email hello@crunchjunkie.io from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, invoice data retained to meet German commercial-law obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy).

5. Questions

For any data-deletion question, contact hello@crunchjunkie.io. This page serves as CrunchJunkie's Data Deletion Instructions for the purposes of platform app reviews, including Meta.
