Account & billing

Plans, trials, upgrades, invoices, team members, cancellation, refunds, and closing your account.

Plans and what's included

CrunchJunkie offers a range of plans to match agency size. Solo is an entry tier at €9/mo for individuals getting started; Starter (€39/mo, or €32/mo billed annually) suits small teams; Pro (€99/mo, or €82/mo annual) adds more capacity; and Agency (€149/mo, or €124/mo annual, up to 40 clients) is built for larger client books. The Scale tier is custom for large networks. Higher tiers raise the limits on clients, reports, team seats, and white-label options. AI Visibility's Managed AI is priced separately and metered by check: you pick a monthly plan with an included check allowance (from €25/mo Lite up to €399/mo Scale) and pay €0.05/check beyond it, with premium models counting 3×. You can always bring your own keys instead at no markup. You can compare every plan side by side on the pricing page. All prices shown are net and exclude VAT; any applicable VAT is added at checkout.

Trials

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to features. You add a payment method when you start the trial, but nothing is charged during the 14 days — it's the best way to connect a real account, build a report, and run a visibility scan on your own data before paying anything. During the trial you also get Gemini AI Visibility included free (one model, one client) so you can see the product working on your own brand without configuring any API keys. You can bring your own keys, add more Managed AI models, or upgrade your plan at any point — even mid-trial. When the 14 days end, your selected plan begins automatically on the payment method you added, and the trial limits lift. If CrunchJunkie isn't for you, cancel anytime before the trial ends (see "How to cancel your subscription" below) and you won't be charged.

Upgrading and downgrading

Change your plan at any time under Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher limits right away, with the cost prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you've paid for until then. If a downgrade would put you over the new plan's limits — too many clients or seats, for example — CrunchJunkie tells you what to adjust before the change applies, so nothing is removed without your knowledge.

Invoices and receipts

Billing is handled securely by Stripe, and CrunchJunkie never stores full card details. Every invoice and receipt is available under Settings → Billing → Invoices, where you can download a PDF for your records or your finance team. Add your company's billing details and VAT ID there so they appear correctly on every invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price. We give advance notice of any price change, and a change never affects the term you've already paid for.

Team members and seats

Manage your team under Settings → Team. Invite colleagues by email and assign a role: admins handle billing and integrations, members build and deliver reports. Each plan includes a set number of seats; if you need more than your plan allows, upgrading raises the limit. Removing a member revokes their access immediately but leaves everything they built untouched — reports, templates, and schedules all remain in the shared workspace. Roles can be changed at any time as responsibilities shift.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Add a second step to every login under Settings → Security. Click to enable two-factor authentication, then scan the QR code with any authenticator app — Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy all work — and enter the six-digit code it shows to confirm the pairing. The moment 2FA is on, CrunchJunkie issues a set of one-time recovery codes — save them somewhere safe, because they're shown only once and each lets you back in if you ever lose your authenticator. From then on, a fresh code from your app is required every time you sign in, so your workspace stays protected even if your password is compromised.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, with no email or phone call required: 1. Open Settings → Billing. 2. Click "Manage subscription" (or "Cancel subscription"). This opens the secure Stripe billing portal. 3. Choose "Cancel plan" and confirm. That's it. What happens next: • If you're still in your 14-day free trial, cancelling means you're never charged — access continues until the trial's end date, then the workspace closes. • If you're on a paid plan, cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged for a partial period after that. • Your Managed AI plan is cancelled together with the subscription. You can also change or cancel your Managed AI plan on its own under Settings → Billing, or turn individual models on and off under Settings → AI & API Keys, without cancelling your whole subscription. Changed your mind? As long as the period hasn't ended, you can resubscribe from Settings → Billing and pick up exactly where you left off — your reports, clients, and templates are all still there. If you have any trouble, email hello@crunchjunkie.io and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Because every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, you can evaluate CrunchJunkie fully before any money changes hands — so cancelling before the trial ends always means you pay nothing. After a paid period begins: monthly plans aren't refunded for the current month, but cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the period ends. Annual plans aren't refunded for the unused portion of the term, except where mandatory law requires it. If we ever discontinue the Service or substantially reduce core functionality during a term you've paid for, we provide a pro-rated refund. For anything that feels unfair — an accidental renewal you didn't intend, for example — email hello@crunchjunkie.io within 14 days and we'll do our best to make it right. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Deleting your account and data

If you want to remove your data entirely, request account deletion from Settings → Workspace. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription automatically, so you won't be billed again. After deletion, account and workspace data is removed or anonymised within 30 days, and you can export your reports beforehand. Billing records are retained only as long as the law requires. If you'd like a hand exporting before you go, email hello@crunchjunkie.io and we'll help.
